There are three distinct areas to our tax consulting work:

• advice on how to solve clients’ everyday tax problems
• tax planning, aimed at finding the optimum level of tax liability in the medium- to long-term in line with the client’s general objectives
• representation and consultation for cases of tributary litigation and appeals at all judicial levels, as well as for extra-judicial solutions (e.g. conciliation through legal channels, dispute of Revenue assessment, tax recovery plans in line with Revenue assessment, voluntary tax recovery plans).
